1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Titen Graphics website (the "Site") and our corporate design and web architecture services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Titen Graphics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Client Assets: Upon full and final payment for custom design or development services, the intellectual property rights for the finalized assets are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate written contract.
• Portfolio Rights: Titen Graphics retains the right to display all completed work, designs, and architectures within our digital and physical portfolios for marketing and demonstrative purposes.

3. Scope of Services

Titen Graphics provides high-end corporate branding, web architecture, and digital marketing assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice or liability. Estimates provided are based on the initial scope of work; significant changes to the scope will result in revised billing.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Site or its content. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Titen Graphics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
